I have a 83 inch Hartzell Trailblazer constant speed propeller and at my first condition inspection we greased it which is a careful process as over greasing is a bad thing. There is also a label on my prop hub as to what grease is used as in my case CubCrafters has made changes from prior years to what mine uses. I've heard others that were told by their prop shops not to grease it but from what I gather annual greasing is recommended.

What is your experience and guidance on when to grease your propeller?
