Grand Canyon Airlines-need specifics

considering GCA, would like to hear from current or former Otter pilots. I was told pay is 15/hr and flying is about 100 hours/mo in the summer? where do you live? what is the town nearby, rent, etc? is there a committment? any benefits?

any info is appreciated

GCA is based out of the south rim(GCN). Town is SMALL. closest is I think Flagstaff. High mins for a job. Don't know much else.
