OldManPilot said:It's not the IBT that will be in charge of the pilot integration at SA/CHQ, it will be the two pilot groups working it out. The pilots at both airlines want to see a fair integration.
From the SA pilots I have spoken too, they are very happy about going to CHQ and the future it brings.
