I think XJT has this market cornered now. The other 50% are dudes. YeeeeeHaaaaa.

One more wrinkle......although this is an "alter-ego" airline.......they might be represented by Teamsters.......

I would print that out and when you get reasigned to fly 16 duty tell them to shove it up the arses!

Yeah, that will work pretty well. This is a company that loves to fire its UNIONIZED employees. They don't care if it costs them money in the long run; they love the fear it spreads. Just think what life will be like at this non-union carrier. Think very, very hard before you apply.

This whole deal looks like a white trash divorce. Everyone is going to lose when this is consumated, unless the parties start talking.

Heck they don't even have a paint scheme on the pics it's just a stock Bomber photo.

Ok how's this, "Pilot pay is comensurate with what WE think you sky-jockeys are worth"

They are also looking for a DO and CP no spine or pride needed.

Whatever the helll HK feels like paying ya, what are you going to do, grieve it??? To whom.....Teamsters?? Talk to the TSA flight attendants about how pleased they are with Teamsters. Anyways, from what I heard Teamsters has not been voted in by line pilots yet, how could they be, as there is only management there now.

I am going to wait and see how the Teamsters do with the Shuttle America/Chautauqua integration before I bash them.

It's not the IBT that will be in charge of the pilot integration at SA/CHQ, it will be the two pilot groups working it out. The pilots at both airlines want to see a fair integration.

From the SA pilots I have spoken too, they are very happy about going to CHQ and the future it brings.

Don't get me wrong, I am VERY excited about the possibilities the merger brings also. However I think somebody is going to get screwed. I have been working at SA long enough to know that if someone is getting screwed it is usually the pilots.

I am just waiting to see what our union works out. I guess we will find out sometime after May 18th.

Any pilot weak enough to take the GoJet is surely spineless. Man, are they going to get bent over.
