I just found out my dad (who works for the state) got 2 VIP passes for him and I.

Yay!

This is the "largest airshow in the region" being the NW I guess however that could be the Idaho area because I'm sure Seattle hosts a get together bigger than this thing sometime during the year.

For those of you who can't remember or don't know where or what Mountain Home is, It's where that thunderbird had to punch out two years ago.

Anyone else live in that area gonna make it?

Doing anything else special this weekend?

There used to be a great place for BBQ called Scrubby's, but I heard they went out of business. It was right by the base. Ask around and see if it is there or not.

Great show.

Luckily no crashes this year.

I also got to go the the O-club after the show and swing my panis with the pilots.

Plus all the thunderbird pilots signed my thunderbirds souvenier shirt I bought at Reno last year.

Awesome day.

Oh, and Steve Appleton is one of the worst pilots to hit the airshow circuit evar.
