Going into Canada

I fly air ambulance under 135. We seem to be getting a lot of requests for flights into Canada lately. Our Op Specs include Canada as an approved area of operation, we run two pilot crews, all of the captains have FCC licenses and everyone has pasports. I was just wondering what else was needed, and where to obtain the appropriate forms and information.
