Universal vs. Base Ops vs. Pacific Forcasting.

Who do you use and why? Which one(s) have you used and hate?

.

Our company uses Base Ops. I've only done a couple of trips across the Atlantic, and they both went smooth. We had to add a fuel stop in Iceland last minute for one of the trips and Base Ops took care of it for us without any trouble.

have usd universal and pacific...universal is better. pacific is mediocre, universal is the best. universal is also more expensive. ive also used arinc direct and theyre great, right up there with universal.

Thanks guys. We currently use Universal but aren't too happy with them so we are thinking of making a change to Base ops. I used BO at a former company and they worked great but that was years ago. Anyone else actively using BO? How is World Fuel compaired to UVair?

Thanks

We use colt all over the world and have had good luck. They handle our fuel, fltplaning, and ground handling. Europe, Asia, Africa and South America have all gone well with them. We have used them on 40+ international trips with very few hicups.

Have had nothing but good luck with Air Routing.

The key to all of them is to be one step ahead of them and make sure that they do what they are supposed to do.
Communication is the key.
