Glider tow training

What is the FAA requirement on glider tow training for a tow plane pilot, if any?

Also how complicated is it to equip a Cessna 206 for glider towing capability?

There are two regs which must be satisfied prior to conducting tow operations:

61.69
91.308

Pretty straight forward. Once all the requirements are met, it's a great (&fun) way to perfect your landings.

C-206 will work well for towing. Keep it light on fuel. Call around to some of the larger glider ports and ask their mechanic for recommendations on tow hitch installs.
