ny glider pilots out there.....where do you get electrical power from? battery that must be recharged? or do you hve n alternator thats wind driven somewhere?

Most that I know just charge their batteries at night. Few club or training gliders have electrical systems, just not praticaul in an that enviroment.

I do remember on the DG series of gliders they have the option to have a small solar cell on the aircraft.
