I would think that would be reflected in a lower selling price. Having a 66000# max landing weight instead of 58000# means mission flexibility, tankering of fuel to mention a few benifits. If I can save $3.00 or $4.00 a gallon when going to Signature fbo,s, because I don't have to buy gas, it can amount to thousands of dollars per stop.
As I think about it, the " Aspen mod" which amounts to a piece of paper you flip over from 66000# to show a 58000# max landing weight gets you down to a class c aircraft, for circling approaches may be included in asc190.
It would really depend on what you intend to do with the aircraft and the interior configuration. A majority of our trips are international and with a 15 pax interior, it can be quite interesting. With ASC 190, it would be a none issue for us. The increase in zero fuel weight and landing weight are also benefitial in domestic operations.
With ASC 190, you are basicly getting a G4SP but without the HMAC brakes. So price it accordingly.
