Only if you are not charging for the aircraft itself(such as the student owning the glider). You cannot rent out any experimental aircraft for flight instruction.

Is it legal for a CFI-G to provide and charge money for instruction in an experimental glider?

The rules say that you can charge for instruction, but you can't charge for the glider time, not sure if that includes the tow or not.
