Corporate Job sites

OK, thanks guys, info received....To continue this thread slightly further, is there a perfect corporate job web site.......if not then perhaps I might be able to ask a friend who is in the business to expand theirs to specialise in corporate.......any input with positive suggestions would be appreciated....

I sure haven't seen a good corporate employment web site, but I don't think it's possible to have one. 90% of all jobs are filled by word of mouth advertising. My current employer is a perfect example. By the time a pilot position goes on the company website, we've already interviewed and hired someone. I don't think we've ever hired anyone who's just blindly submitted a resume without having at least met one of us anyway.

I second that,
99% are filled by internal reccomendations.
They hit the websites sometimes just to satisfy the HR folks. The process is already done for the most part...
