Ok, after you land in your DC gulfstream and start the apu, when do you switch to your APU alternator and your TR? Should you run the gen's for a long taxi in or should you run on the TR?

You can select the ALT and TR when the APU is up to speed, but I wouldn't turn off the GEN's until just before engine shutdown. IIRC, the left bus should remain powered by the engine GEN until it is selected off (priority). Power transfer while taxiing is asking for a steering glitch, IMHO.
