GII pilot pay

I originally posted this in the FAR 135 section but no one seems to reply.

Can anyone please post the pay scale for a typed rated GII First Officer and Captain. Part 135 in the Atlanta (Southeast) area. I have the Pro pilot magazine salary survey which some people say is slanted. If you could please state your source of the salary I would appreciate it.

I'm working on negotiations for pay for a pilot group and need some ammo with source provided.
