Where did the information come from that this was a "South Pacific" based operation? Can't imagine many places in the South Pacific that would support an operation of that magnitude. Also the fact that it is Part 135/91 really further defines the limits somewhat.

The South Pacific location for ACI Pacific was mentioned in the job posting in aviationcareer.com. Carelli Group also has a BBJ job post on Skyjobs.net and they pretty much cover the planet from the sound of it.
