My normal cruise speed in the car on the interstate is .75 to .79, maybe the decimal point goes at the end.

I find myself setting power on the tach... 55mph = 2400rpm, and 70mph = 2600rpm

Realizing that you have developed "flows" for your car...

I guess I have a "shutdown flow" for my car.

put in park, radio off, Heater/AC(environmentals) off, lights off, key out, door open, hit the power locks....

anyhoo...:D :)

Hee hee, not me, but my girlfriend ... when she started driving my miata ... she used to always slide the seat back to get out ... just like in the 145. That used to crack us up. ;)

The funnyest thing that happened,,,,,,,,,,,,,,once my nephew asked if he could drive my ford suv, it was the biggest one they make it only got about 10 miles to the gallon.

So one sunday we went out to what i call the pratice area, an office park on sunday , no cars around any where.

after driving him around and trying to show him how to handle it.
I figured, well his turn .so we started out slow accelerate and stop , turns left and right . the we found some light poles that were spaced apart , at a good distance , enter this way around one the stright then to the right around the other.

Now came the fun part , we are driving through park doing about 45 or so , and i am talking to him and distracting him , When bam he has an engine failure,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, first words were o hits the engine quit what now , well your TIC what do you ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, maintain directional controll.
