In anticipation of future travel plans, or maybe just out of pure fantasy and boredom, does anyone have any suggestions for a good hotel in either Munich, Dublin or Copenhagen?

Dude, has nobody responded to you in a whole month? Anyway, I can tell you the Conrad in Dublin is a great place to stay. It's downtown and close to restaurants and good old Irish pubs abound in the neighborhood. I would stay there again....in fact I wish I were Dublin-bound. Honestly I couldn't help you with the other two cities. I hope you get to travel to these places.

If you are a golfer the K-club is 30 mins from Dublin and is fantastic.
