Could leaving the Generator switch ON in a "simple electrical system" airplane. (Stearman) cause the battery to discharge over time? (2 weeks without running) I am thinking it could drain the battery through a powered relay or something along those lines. Thoughts?

Short answer is NO.

If the master switch is OFF (separate master switch?) there will be no current flow.

With the master switch ON the reverse current relay in the voltage reg. will block the flow of current/voltage to the A+ term. on the GEN . Current flow thur the field winding will occur which will drain the battery, if the master switch was ON. Of course if the master switch was left on it would also cause the battery to be died.
