No tech questions, no simride... Just a little chat with everyone and they show you around.. fingerprits and drug test right away.
They are looking for people that are easygoing, the kind of person that they would like to spend 6 hours in a cockpit with... They explain that this would be an carreer opportunity,and you could spent the rest of your life there! Upgrade they say the way things look now about 3 1/2 years.
