Whistlin.....
Just prior to the ALJ appointment over our citizenship, DHL did own 49% of Airways and William Robinson owned the rest. JD was brought on as the new CEO after O'Gorman died and in short order bought ALL of the shares from DHL and Robinson and renamed it.....for one reason....the dog and pony he was preparing to put on before the ALJ. JD and DHL needed to win or they were going to be screwed. Also prior to that Airways had been grown organically to the size it basically is today.....by DHL.
