Respect? I don't know what that is anymore.
Our profession has changed drastically in the last few years.
Just from the few crews I speak to out on the road, treatment is basically the same at all frax. I do know you gotta train on your days off at CS though.
Well, pay (as THE cornerstone of "treatment") certainly hasn't changed in years for frac pilots....they've always been paid like crap. It hasn't changed in decades for commuter/regional pilots.....they've always been paid less-than-crap.

I have to add something here.

At NJA we are not treated poorly in the sense of bad hotels, no food, etc...

I have heard horror stories of Flex guys staying in some shady places or Flops guys getting some lousy catering.

The treatment the majority of us speak of is the lack of respect from management and our very own union.

While you are on the road NJA will do a lot of stupid stuff to you and they will work you to death but you will be fed well, stay in nice hotels and not be forced to ride on some shady airline. In that sense we are treated very well. In terms of respect for the job we do, pay, getting adequate rest or getting home on your last day then, no, there is no respect.

Just wanted to clarify
