almost exact quotes but may be slightly different...

- "No plans to fly international ourselves right now"

- "SW flies more business travellers in USA than any other airlines"

- "Open to more international codeshare partners but want to focus on Volaris partnership right now"

- "Charleston and Greenville-Spartanburg only new cities next year"

thats about it. Kinda dry interview, no real cheer-leader SWA rocks attitude

Should have an announcement on the 17th or 18th...whichever is the birthday celebration...probably 800's but who knows. Supposedly there are new sked optimizations for this winter being posted this week, too.

Yeah, but GK told CHASE PERSONALLY that they wouldn't be merging anytime soon. He told him that PERSONALLY. So, looking at the above, I see continued stagnation for the junior Captains and all FOs.

Bye Bye--General Lee

now now....lets be nice.....

I am not getting in the middle of that. Just posting some news.....

anyone holding a seniority number at DAL or SWA in todays economy is in an enviable position, I think we all know that...

I see continued stagnation for the next, say 2 1/2 years, for all airline pilots.

C'mon Gary.....

That's a hell of a claim to make about the "most business passengers!" Please do tell us how he got THAT idea....

What a load.....Sounds good for Wall Street (Sorry Wave, he's starting to answer to the REAL Masters) but does he really think a business guy on AMR is going to say, "ya know...I'm gonna fly SWA, what was I thinking!"

Seriously? I mean c'mon.....how do you measure it? Instead of the usual FlipFlops and Wifebeater Crowd, if the guy is wearing a suit, does he count?

How do you measure it?? Corp. Contracts? Or if the guy has a dime bag in his duffel he's trying to move, doe's HE count??

Well, SWA probably does transport the most "business women" from the LA area to LAS to be "friends" to high rollers each weekend, right? Not exactly sure about that, but I suppose GK would include that group in there too....

What Gary said was more along the lines of SWA carries the most passengers domestically in the US and by extension probably carries the most business pax....
