Last night was the first flight post 9.22 update from 9.14 and I couldn't remember how the "Normalize" feature worked, more specifically its purpose. This morning my desire was to first see if Garmin documented the new features in 9.22 and if not send them an email inquiring and why the release came out before education (documentation) but Garmin surprised me and the docs now appear to be getting updated. There is a new revision to the G3X user manual at the link below. Be sure to download the latest one as older versions are listed as well. Good job Garmin. Now I was able to better understand the Normalize feature. Now I have to figure out the new dashed line I'm seeing in the HSI.
