Does anyone know if EJM pays for relocation? Pay? etc... Why aren't current EJMers applying for advancement (or are they?)?

I also noticed their first 2000EX ad in Reno was only open for two days. Popped up a week later with a 2-week app window.

I've also got some questions about EJM.

What are they like to work for?

Are you hired onto a specific plane period, or can you later move around to different places?

Do you fly just for that company/assignment, or all kinds of 135 stuff as well?

What's the pay like? Different for every position? Benefits?

If hired as an FO, can you expect to upgrade? And how is it done? Performance or seniority?
