Try smartcockpit.com. I think they've got a IV in there.

Those planes have so many ASC's that you learn the basic systems and narrow down what has been done to your specific airplane.

Are you going to FSI? I have umpteen FSI training manuals for the IV. I also have a limitations sheet and a QRH (checklist). You can have them if you pay for shipping. Just IM me. Of course they do a great job and will definately have you ready to go for the checkride. Don't sweat it too much. You'll have about 3.5 weeks to figure it all out. Oh yeah, and according to FSI there are no memory checklists in the IV. ;)
