As a new member on this board, I like to see if I can get some suggestions to my delimma. I would like to fly for a regional airline but have had no luck (911) , with 163 FW muti-time, most of my flight time is turbine rotor. My question is should I continue to pursue an ATP rating and probably improve my chances on being hired or accept a helicopter flight position and wait for the airline industry to improve?

I can't think of a reason that you wouldn't want to pursue the ATP FW. It will prove that you can fly to a high standard.

Why not fly helos and build FW time and experience on the side? That seems like a plan to me, since you are waiting for hiring to resume.
