This is difficult. No one wants to hire a furloughed pilot that surely will make it through training? I've had a few interviews now only to get turned down. The hardest thing is how they don't tell you what went wrong, so I can fix it the next time. I don’t know what is going on, I fly the sims well. I’m honest and genuine and people say they see that in me. Any suggestions?

I’ve had my stuff out there for a long time and not gotten many calls.

I am in the same boat. I have my stuff out everywhere and have had one interview and have another on the 14th. Yea it sucks that they dont tell you why they didnt hire you, I got the thanks but no thanks letter from AWAC today. So thanks Shrek for sending my stuff to your buddy, to bad it didnt work out. If things keep going the way they are going at TSA you will be back before August is over, if you want to go back. I will follow the advice of my dad, leave like your never coming back and come back like you never left, if I decide to go back.

Sorry to hear that bud......try all the rest before you even think of coming back - it is worse than when you got furloughed around here.

Have you tried Pinnacle? I'll be happy to help out any furloughed Trans States pilot get a job here. Pinnacle may suck, but it's better than unemployment. Let me know.

F$%* HoJets!!!

PM me with your times, qualifications etc. I'll see what i can do at either Mesa (i know, it's better than unemployment, i think) or F9 where i am now. good luck.
