Saw a bunch of F-16's the other day in TUS. Some said AZ on the tail and looked like typical F-16's. Others had large almost square humps above the wings. They also looked like they were foreign. I couldn't make out the flags on the tail.

Anyone know who they belong to and what that extra metal on top of the wings is?
 
Block 60s, those are conformal fuel tanks. They belong to the UAE. They do their initial training in Tucson.
 
I think UAE would not be intending to go West, but North to Northeast.
