With CAA you can easily save over your annual dues on one stop, as was posted earlier. Also, CAA uses a voting system of members as to the quality of the FBO. If an FBO has the cheapest fuel on the field, but poor service, chances are they will not be the CAA FBO on the field (there is only one CAA FBO per airport). So with CAA, you are getting not only good fuel prices, but quality FBO's as well.

We are Colt members as well, and if an FBO has both Colt and CAA, CAA always has better prices, sometimes by quite a large margin.

The downside as posted earlier is that a limited number of FBO's participate in the program as compared to some of the larger programs. However, one stop at a CAA FBO can save you HUNDREDS, and if you anticipate going into an airport that has a CAA FBO more than a few times per year, it is a no-brainer.

The program is also limited to Part 91 operators only and you either have to be an NBAA member or have a recommendation from a current CAA member to join.

Also, FYI, they just went to a 3 instead of a 6 month trial program.
