We just used 1000#/hr as a rule of thumb, for a straight 501. Great plane, but not very long legs. (Which ain't such a bad thing, IMO)
 
1200, 900, 900, LAND.

You might see a little less than that if you step climb it up to FL370+ on a long flight (3 hours is long for the 501), but you'll almost never be able to go higher than FL350 initially if you are loaded. It likes to fly FL310-FL360.
