fruloughed or fired checklist?

Does anyone have or has anyone heard of some form of list for things to do when let go? As many people as there are out on the street right now someone has got to have a plan of action to go by.

Apply for unemployment and make sure you have your furlough letter.

I don't know of any checklist. Still trying to forge a plan/find work after almost 6 months on furlough here.
