Significant revenue premium over Southwest???

Good luck. Frontier is a good airline and holding a significant revenue premium over Southwest.

Looks like a race, cash versus hedges. Godspeed, but please hold the line on your pay. You are professionals, your efforts might save the company but working for free would not make much of a difference.

Please explain and provide more information.......Frontier has significant revenue over SWA????

Yes, they do, in head to head competition none the less:
Even where load factors out of Denver were close between the two carriers, Frontier still maintained a very healthy average fare premium. Take a look at DEN-PHX - an 11.5% fare differential. Denver-Orlando - Frontier had a significantly higher average fare, and a higher load factor. Phoenix and Orlando are Southwest strongholds, too.

To be sure, Southwest is doing just fine at Denver. They are delivering a great product, and consumers are winning big-time. But contrary to what a couple of Wall Street gurus were preaching, Frontier was far from being "squeezed out" of the market.

There are no guarantees for either airline in any market. And there's no guarantee for the long-term future of any airline - fuel price crisis or not. But declaring Frontier was all but dead due to Southwest was indicative of some of the poor reporting that sometimes pops up.

A demand for Skybus/Vagin America type pilot wages can't be too far behind. Good luck.

Yo Citation! What do you have against F9 today? Did one of us knock up your sister or somethin'?

The first thing that comes to mind when I read that Dip agreement is the movie Goodfellas. "Pilots dont want to take a pay cut? F you, pay me. Didn't make revenue targets this month, F you, pay me. Higher fuel prices this month? F you, pay me."
