It seems that there is little time between interview date and the yea or nay notification, as opposed to the 4-6 week torture one endures with SWA or jetBlue. So at what point, if any, does one's references get called?
Now I know it's entirely possible to just wow the heck out of an interview team and not have any refs. called at all (happened to a buddy at jB.). But with the short turnaround time noted above, is it possible to have refs. called AFTER one gets hired? Or is that too silly a concept?
