Great job. I do have to ask how many freaking awards are there out there. It seems like every three weeks there is some other "best" airline award out there from some other place. There has gotta be at least a dozen best airlines out there each year.
 
wasn't this the same group that proclaimed MESA best regional a few years ago???

No, actually it was Air Transport World Magazine who gave Mesa the high marks. Basically proving that if you want a award, just keep reading more magazines...sooner or later you will find one you like.

oh, and I'm sure that the Live TV did sway the voters a bit, but then B6 also has them.
 
Frontier is a good airline when it comes to customer service. They, like JBLU, strive to get the customer to return and fly again based on a good flight experience.
 
Frontier, Southwest, Ted, does anyone else pass their gates and notice it looks a lot like a greyhound bus is boarding? I guess that is the crowd you get when tickets cost $49.
