Regular, CDO and relief line holders have a minimum of 12 days off.
Reserves have 19 reserve duty periods, so they have 12 or 11 days off depending on the bid period.
February bid package had an average of 15.39 days off for line holders with the highest being 20 days off and the lowest being 12.
Once you hold a line you have unbelievable flexibility in the form of add, drop, swap, trade, and splitting of trips. Everything is theoretically automatic except for splits which require crew scheduling intervention.
I commute, bid for layovers in my hometown and have slept in my own bed at least 20 times a month since June 2006. I have been here just over a year. Schedule is basically unbeatable.
