Get 'em in quick! From a memo posted today:

"Ladies and Gentlemen:
Effective November 7, 2003 we will no longer be accepting pilot resumes. The current interviewing process will continue through mid December 2003. At that time we plan to have adequate pilots in a pool to carry us through early 2004 training requirements.
We have been working with HR and IT to develop an on-line system which will allow resume input and help streamline the entire process including documenting and tracking. Currently it appears we may have something in the spring of 2004.
Depending on future requirements we may begin accepting resumes again in 2004. "

Good Luck to all
