Frontier Captain Accused of 1985 murder

Does anyone have an update on Frontier Captain Don White who was accused of a 1985 murder in Yuma Arizona? I assume he is still in jail waiting for trial but was curious if any Frontier pilots out there have any new news.

Last I heard he was still in jail awating trial. Whenever his name is brought up they can hardly believe he would do such a thing. They say he is super cool & easy to work with...until he pulls his gun out
