About Chennai
Chennai is India's fourth largest city and the capital of Tamil Nadu. Formerly known as Madras, the city's history dates back more than 2000 years. Being a port town it has always attracted traders and merchants and these included the French, the Portuguese, and the British. When the British established their supremacy in the 19th century the city became the Madras Presidency, one of the four divisions of British India. Today, Chennai is one of India's booming cosmopolitan city. It is the centre of the Tamil film industry - the slickest in the country. In fact, the hoardings and the billboards in the city are possibly the most gigantic that one will ever come across anywhere in the country. Chennai is also known for its good educational institutions and some of India's hottest retail outlets.

As is always the case with these blood sucking leaches, they are fishing for pilots. They don't even have a firm deal with Paramount yet and they have started advertising. If you are interested in this deal then check to see if any other contract agencies are negotiating for it as well. Often times more than one agency will get a contract for the same airline. They may look like the same deal at first glance but some have clauses in their contracts that are more beneficial, or less punitive in the long run. The other option would be to contact Paramount directly and see if they will hire people on direct terms, therefore bypassing the agency. ALWAYS negotiate with any party. You can often do better, especially on a contract like this where there won't be many qualified EMB crews vieing for it.

I have spoken with them already and asked if the rates could be higher since that phone call no phone calls....
I'm with TP on this one look around and/or call Paramount direct, also don't forget the PPRune website. Although on this one, there seems to be a fair bit of crabbing.
