Friendly place with lots of ultralight activity near ATL?

I live about 20 miles north of Atlanta and am wondering if such a place exists. I'm looking for a place I can go with my family and hang out and learn about/watch ultralights....and maybe even fly one at some point. Is there such a place and if so where? Thanks.

The chapter locator on the EAA page doesn't seem to work right now. Anyone know the local chapters for this area?

These sites are all I could find with the time I had. You probably already have these links. They have eAddresses so you can eMail them for information. They would know the area and clubs better than anyone else. Let me know what you think.

Look on a sectional for Mountain Airpark. It's a private airstrip about 18 miles northeast of Gainesville, GA. It's also about 3 miles southeast of Cleveland, GA.

LOTS of ultralight activity here.
