Had a friend get popped recently. Sounds like the FSDO was out to get the certificate holder, but are going to use my friend as an example for the rest of the guys on the certificate. Wasn't a moving violation, but he got ramped in a POS airplane.

Anyone know a good aviation attorney?

If you don't get a direct referral (it would help if you said where) head over to the AOPA Legal Services Panel. Even if he's not in the plan, AOPA members can at least access the list.

Good deal. I put a call into the ALPA legal dept as well to try to find him someone. Also got a number from this thread.

Thanks for the reply.

Randy Davis at VPC (Cartersville, GA). He is an attorney for Phoenix Air and also operates his own aviation practice. He can be contacted thru the Phoenix number @ 770-387-2000. If you have any questions PM with them. The man can make things happen with the Federales. He's also a part-time line pilot flying the G-1's and Lear's for Phoenix. Like I said he can make things happen. PM if you want anymore details.
