Free online sectionals?

Does anybody know where I can go to see some free online sectionals. (just for planning purposes.)

With cable it takes about 5 minutes to download each chart, you only need the .tif files for each one. I open them with Irfanview and save them as .gif files.

Does anyone know ehre you can do VFR flight planning online?
I have the AOPA stuff, but its only for victor airways and low altitude charts....

The again I only have one more VFR plan to make EVER!!!!!
