Asdzxc, I am more than willing to try or help in answering your question. I've never worked for a Fractional.

I am a contractor though. The F/A pay scales varies with each company. I am going to assume over 30k for first year of pay. Please keep in mind that if there is benefit package such as medical, dental, 401K etc. This will be part of the TOTAL compensation package.

If you personally know an employee who is in good standing and can give you a personal reccommendation this may be a plus for you.

Also, you may want to ask yourself this question, Why do I want to work either of these companies, because you want to be prepared for an interview and let them know what you as a flight attendant would bring to this company.

Do you have good credit? This may be part of the interview. Since Netjets and Flight Options caters to clients who can afford the use of private jets, they are very selective for cabin attendants. Are you discreet?

Do you have a culinary backround? Perhaps a pilot from this forum will help much better than I can. Either way good luck to you and your career endeavors.

Flight Options.
Monthly rate in the Legacy is 2700 with 100/month increase. We are laying off F/A's.

NJI

$42,000 to start. Medical from day 1. 401K 50% match. 7 days on 7 days off.

$42K to start sounds really good. I have a friend considering NJI. The bennies sound great. What about domiciles? or are they like pilots that will be positive deadhead to wherever they are needed?

How long and where is the F/a training done? and what kind of aircraft do they fly?

My friend has a person willing to do a professional recommendation. More info that you may provide is appreciated, thanks.
