Is there a new part in the regs for fractionals?
My book has 91, 121, 135... I thought there was a new addition just for Fractionals, or are they still operating under part 91?

They are under Part 91...well actually everyone's under part 91, it's just that some have other parts which apply...but I digress. THere is a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) for regulations covering Fractional aircraft management. It's somewhere on the FAA's website. you might find a link for it on the NBAA's website. I seem to recall that it's a Adobe Arobat file

This fall

According to my sources at NBAA, the new subpart K of part 91 is going to be out in the fall. However, they would like to see it out sooner.

Here's the link for the NBAA fractional site. I've been researching the fractional industry recently and it's got a wealth of info.
