Anyone know any GIV operators out of the DC area? Isn't Phillip Morris (Altria) in Richmond now?

Phillip Morris is based out of Westchester County Airport (HPN) in White Plains, NY. Unless they've moved VERY recently. I believe they operate GIVs, CL601s, and have 2 SK76.
