Back when I was an engineer in college I was involved with this group of fine people that race Formula V aircraft (Steve Wittman's type racing) which are very similar to Formula One except they did most of their racing on the east coast. in the late 90's they got back together and held a few races until an unfortunate accident in 97.
I got a newsletter from Ed Fisher who is putting out feelers to see if anyone out there is interested in trying to reorganize Formula Vee.
