Quick question that I need verification on. The question is can a US certified pilot (already PIC qualified and current in type) act as a crewmember on a non-US registered jet aircraft within the US with the PIC being from the country the aircraft is registered in?

I believe that as long as the aircraft is operated within the US that this operation would be a legal operation. - (Canadian registered aircraft, Canadian PIC, US type rated and current acting as SIC) FAR 91.3(b). Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.
