Can a non US citizen buy a US Certificated part 135 and part 125 air cargo carrier? How about If they have a green card. How about if they own a US non-aviation corporation?

not exactly

While far from sure on this, do not believe you can own majority or controlling interest. Can own a part of. I am more sure that this applies to 121 than to the other categories.
