Isnt foreign ownership still limited to 25%?

Foreign control is a real threat. Arguably greater than the current mid east turmoil. If you aren't contacting your senators and getting informed then you are failing yourself.

I find it hilarious and hypocritical that Americans, the country that dominates the worlds markets, is so worried about foreign control. so now you know how the rest of the world feels...
