Wow we can't go anywhere but up I guess!! Our management is doing a great job, now they should get a raise! The G.O. should be fired every last one of them!!

1. Atlantic Southeast Airlines

On-time performance: 63.3% (worst)
Baggage mishandling: 16.9 per 1,000 passengers (worst)
Cancellations: 4.4% (second worst)

DAMN!!! I have been trying so hard to get us in First place! DAMN YOU, ASA!!! DAMN YOU!!!!!!

As much as the gate agents complain about Freedom, you'd think their was significantly higher.

Is this really any suprise???

1. Ongoing contract with a pissed off and morale deprived work force.

2. Delta reject's for mgm't

3. 95% of our turns are out of the worlds busiest airport and is our only domicile. So no small hubs for us to spread the delays around.

4. Total transfer of ground personel from ASA to Delta

5. Not enougt parking for us in ATL

6. Operation "fly safe" in full effect

7. High attrition with low hiring because of the prolonged lack of a new contract

8. A mgm't group that treats the pilots and FA's like school kids which results in on the job apathy -

"You know Bob, that will only make someone do just enough not to get fired"

That pretty much says it all. You toss in any kind of wx w/ 45 min turns and the delays are inevitable.

Hate us or loves us!!:pimp: oh, here is a little more info to keep you up at night... Sept. Actual TCF
97.70% ( and that's with all the crappy wx in Florida along with the new JFK base. and did i mention we are still very under staffed?)

All that hard work and my paper boy still makes more than you.

I hope somebody in the GO reads these boards. I firmly believe that ASA management has no one to blame but themselves.
I can not help but think that if they had settled our contract years ago, those numbers on the Forbes list would be different. The pilots are happy we suck because management has pissed us off so bad, for so long, with their contract stalling antics, we just don't care. Way to go ASA I hope your plan is working out for ya.

Happy Employees = Productive Employees

Not a very hard concept to understand, but seems to get lost on bean counting management types.
