What changes in pay, QOL and operations did you incur?

Well so far there has been NO good changes that I've seen. There has been talk of schedule changes based on location and that pay will be adjusted in time. Course anybody who buys a company will say that to keep the people working harder. So far they have raised fuel prices by a full dollar a gallon, started a ramp fee, and took away all the extras like bottled water and snack tray in the FBO. Was told they were cutting all the waste in the company that it was too expensive, but Jet Direct is rumored to by Clay Lacey. Managment has been affected of the old company, cutting jobs to those who will play ball. I think there idea is to rival Flexjet and Options, but how there treating the exisisting customers they'll be a memory in 2 years. Things are still changing, but I haven't heard a pilot, dispatcher, line service, or maintance say they are happy. So take what I said with a grain of salt. As of for me Im looking elsewhere!
