? for Comair guys

Taken into account whats going on at ALG/PDT with J4J and mainline guys taking our jobs and furloughing your guys. Do you guys think Delta mainline guys will try the same thing and if so what position will you guys take? I ask this b/c some of us have job offers/interviews over there and well we don't want to step out of one sh1thole and into another. This is not flame bait just an honest ?

You're asking a tough question. One that I think no one can really answer for sure.

We can only speculate about what may happen at Delta or what ALPA may do in negotiations there.

In my opinion and I stress it is only my opinion, I doubt you will see a J4J scenario like the one at USAir Group. I doubt even more than Comair pilots would ever accept anything like that. I know that I would be fighting against it with every thing I could.

I suspect Comair pilots would resist something like that with both barells blazing. This pilot group does not submit to coercion without a fight.

Comair is not a perfect place to work, but it's way ahead of whatever is in second place. You can't find a more cohesive group of great people anywhere.

As surplus said "it's a tough question", but I do not see the same thing happening at Comair. I think Comair is a safe bet for you too take. I think the RJDC will hinder the same thing happening at Comair. Come on over and welcome.
